Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships through professional communication
Negotiate terms and successfully close sales while maintaining high service standards
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to communicate value and benefits clearly

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role (preferred)
