Ward Manager Nursing Woodthorpe Hospital - Nottingham - £50,000 Annually Permanent

What you will do:

- Lead and manage a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

- Deliver high standards of patient care while ensuring compliance with CQC Standards.

- Be responsible for staff rostering and maintain optimal staffing levels.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

- Engage in change management and contribute to the hospital’s continuous improvement.

- Implement the Ramsay ‘Speaking Up for Safety’ programme to ensure a safe clinical environment.

What you'll bring with you:

- Registration with the NMC and full compliance.

- Proven experience in clinical supervision and as a Ward Nurse.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and implement change.

- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent care.

- A good working knowledge of CQC Standards and the ability to make sound decisions.
