In the role of Private Client Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, leading on complex, advisory-led engagements while also playing a key role in developing the team and contributing to wider business growth.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead and deliver high-quality private client advisory work across areas such as IHT, CGT, trusts, estates, and succession planning
- Take full ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex matters
- Build and maintain a strong presence in the market, identifying opportunities and generating new business
- Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard
- Take responsibility for reviewing and signing off complex compliance work where required
- Work closely with colleagues across different teams and locations to deliver joined-up client solutions
- Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their progression into advisory-focused roles
- Take the lead on client engagements from initial opportunity through to delivery, billing, and ongoing relationship management
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the wider private client team, sharing knowledge and best practice
- Establish yourself as a trusted technical voice, both internally and externally
Requirements:
- A strong background in private client tax within practice
- Professionally qualified (CTA, ACA/CA, ATT, STEP or similar)
- Proven experience delivering advisory work — not just compliance
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working at pace
- Experience leading or mentoring more junior team members
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of work from start to finish
- Exposure to international tax matters (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Irish Capital Taxes (CGT/CAT) and UK interaction
