What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure trust and mutual growth.
  • Monitoring sales performance, coaching team members and celebrating success.

  • Full, valid driving license with the flexibility for occasional travel including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency with office software and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, collaborative and positive can-do attitude with a growth mindset.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.
  • A supportive environment where your leadership will be valued and your ideas welcomed.
  • The opportunity to work and grow in leisure-based industries, which naturally creates a positive environment, connecting with clients through what they truly enjoy.

The successful candidate will be required to work at our HQ in Kempston, Bedfordshire.

If you’re ready to lead a team, build lasting client partnerships, and grow with us, we’d be very interested in hearing from you!
