Youll work alongside experienced design and project teams, helping to coordinate multidisciplinary design activities from concept through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in design management within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of design processes on water and wastewater projects
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design outputs meet project requirements
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Help manage design programmes, risks, and change control processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations

What Were Looking For

• A degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Some experience in design coordination or management, ideally within the water sector or infrastructure projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
