They are looking for a passionate, high performer and commercially sharp Sales Manager, who is looking to work at a more senior level with commercial partnerships and KOLs across the West Midlands region to join their team spine team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategy, product launches and competitive conversions
- Develop key surgeon relationships, managing KOLs
- Supporting complex spinal cases
- Deliver high-level clinical and product education
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to exceed targets
Experience:
- Must have surgical Medtech sales experience in the NHS; ideally spine or orthopaedics
- Confident working in complex operating rooms, influencing KOLs
- Results-driven mindset with proven experience of exceeding sales targets in high value territories
- Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes
- Full valid driving licence
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
