They are looking for a passionate, high performer and commercially sharp Sales Manager, who is looking to work at a more senior level with commercial partnerships and KOLs across the West Midlands region to join their team spine team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategy, product launches and competitive conversions
  • Develop key surgeon relationships, managing KOLs
  • Supporting complex spinal cases
  • Deliver high-level clinical and product education
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to exceed targets


Experience:

  • Must have surgical Medtech sales experience in the NHS; ideally spine or orthopaedics
  • Confident working in complex operating rooms, influencing KOLs
  • Results-driven mindset with proven experience of exceeding sales targets in high value territories
  • Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes
  • Full valid driving licence
  • Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
