Sales Development Representative (Early Career)
£29,000 base + £11,000 OTE (uncapped)

Your Role
You’ll play a key role in helping the company expand its client base and continue its impressive growth. You’ll:
- Connect with potential clients and introduce them to the company’s solutions
- Build strong relationships with prospective businesses
- Qualify new opportunities and identify genuine needs
- Book meetings and create opportunities for the senior sales team
- Work closely with colleagues to develop outreach strategies and campaigns

Training & Development
No previous sales experience? No problem. You’ll complete the three-month Furza Sales Academy, designed to give you the skills and confidence to succeed. You’ll receive:
