A growing Technology Solutions provider with an office in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their growing sales function, earmarked to become the group's headquarters!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive outbound engagement via phone, email, and other channels to identify new business opportunities
• Focused on a portfolio of Connectivity, Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure and Cyber Security
• Attend client-facing meetings, gaining first-hand exposure to real-world commercial environments
• Support clients with a service-first approach to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
• Take part in structured development programmes covering sales techniques, technical knowledge, and career progression

What We’re Looking For

• Sector experience in Tech, Managed Services, Cyber Security is ideal
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to take initiative
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office; quick to learn new platforms like CRMs or sales enablement tech
