Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Support Workers for roles in Ballycastle and surrounding areas. We are partnering with a range of care providers supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements.

What youll be doing

As a Support Worker, your role will include:

• Providing high-quality care and emotional support
• Assisting with daily routines, including personal care where required
• Promoting independence and dignity
• Supporting service users in the community and with social activities
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures

Pay & Benefits

• £13.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on experience & shift type)
• Flexible shifts days, nights, weekends available

• Previous care/support experience (preferred but not essential)
• A compassionate and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to complete an Access NI check (we can assist)
