Sales Manager (MRO experience)

Job description

Our company is an international aviation spare parts supplier, providing a wide range of services including aircraft teardown and components repair, MRO and maintenance, engine and APU repairs.

Eftec Aero is looking for a Sales Manager (MRO experience) to join our team, specializing in aircraft spare parts. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to manage both stock sales and brokerage transactions within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales of aviation spare parts from stock and handle brokerage transactions (sourcing, verification, deal execution, and follow-up)
• Actively identify and develop new B2B clients (airlines, MROs, leasing companies, repair organizations, private operators)
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored commercial solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Work with aviation documentation and ensure compliance throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the aviation industry
• Proven experience in sales of aviation spare parts and brokerage deals
• Strong understanding of the aviation spare parts market, including storage and logistics specifics
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft teardown processes, parts evaluation, documentation, and resale
• Experience working with aviation documentation (e.g., FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, TCCA, CofA, etc.)
• Strong B2B client acquisition skills
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, mobile environment
