We are seeking a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Administration Apprentice to join our Head Office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification. You will support various administrative functions across the department, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

About The Role:

As an Administrator Apprentice, you will play a key supporting role within our Head Office team, helping to ensure the smooth running of essential business processes across client services, finance, payroll, and systems administration.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of operational areas including client onboarding, invoicing, payroll support, and data management using our core system (People Planner) and associated platforms.

Working 32 Hours Per Week, plus attending 1 day at college.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities - Your work will help ensure that:

  • Client records are accurate and up to date from onboarding through to live service delivery

  • Invoicing and billing processes are completed correctly and issued in a timely manner

  • Payroll data is checked and prepared accurately to support monthly payroll runs

  • Employee and client information is consistently maintained across systems

  • Operational data (such as planned vs actual activity) is monitored and kept accurate for reporting

  • Credit control and Direct Debit processes are supported through basic administration tasks

  • Utility and finance-related data is recorded and checked to support management accounts

You will also support regular data quality checks, help identify and escalate discrepancies, and contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy across all administrative processes.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will learn to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and develop strong attention to detail, while being fully supported through your apprenticeship journey.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR principles.
