We’re growing our sales team - Nottinghamshire, join one of the UK’s fastest-growing curry brands.
We’re looking for a Retail Sales & Merchandising Executive based in Nottinghamshire to help drive growth across the Midlands.
This is a hands-on field sales role for someone who loves being out with customers, opening doors, creating leads, building relationships and building their own personal brand in the trade, someone approachable, trusted and known for making things happen.
At Praveen Kumar – Authentic Indian Cuisine, we’re now in 800+ stores nationwide and growing fast, and we’re looking for someone hungry to be part of that journey.
Using our family-grown spices from India and the best British produce, we’re on a mission to make proper, authentic Indian food accessible to everyone.
The role
- Create leads and generate new business opportunities
- Engaging retail community via LinkedIn
- Grow sales with existing retail customers
- Build strong relationships across your territory
- Develop your own personal brand as a trusted partner to customers
- Open new independent and convenience accounts
- Support co-op and symbol group partners
- Merchandise freezers and improve in-store execution
- Run tastings and support new store launches
- Represent the brand at trade shows and events
- Be active on social platforms like LinkedIn to build connections, share wins and help grow the brand
We’re looking for someone who
- Has sales experience — retail or FMCG helpful, but not essential
- Is willing to learn quickly and grow with the role
- Enjoys prospecting and turning leads into customers
- Understands relationships drive long-term growth
- Wants to be visible, approachable and build a name in the trade
- Is active on social media, especially LinkedIn, and enjoys building a professional presence
- Has energy, initiative and a make-it-happen mindset

Package: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year + performance bonus
