The Opportunity

Join a high-growth, regulated fintech building next-generation infrastructure at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. The platform enables institutional clients to trade, tokenise, and manage real-world financial assets on blockchain rails, covering the full lifecycle from issuance through to trading and custody.

This is a chance to work on complex, high-performance systems used by banks, asset managers, and financial institutions globally.

The Role

You’ll be part of a high-calibre engineering team building scalable, secure systems that power a modern financial marketplace.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building low-latency, high-throughput backend services
• Developing APIs and services using TypeScript and/or Python
• Working on systems supporting trading, custody, and asset tokenisation
• Contributing to AI-driven features, such as automation, analytics, or intelligent workflows
• Collaborating with product, quant, and infrastructure teams
• Ensuring systems meet regulatory, security, and reliability standards expected in financial services

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience with TypeScript and/or Python
• Background in financial services, fintech, or capital markets
• Experience building distributed systems or high-performance platforms
• Exposure to AI / machine learning applications (production or applied)
• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and system design
• Bonus: experience with trading systems, digital assets, or blockchain
