Food Manufacturing | Training-Focused Role | Make a Real Impact

Location: Fife

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 10 pm – 6.30 am, 40 hours

Do you know hygiene in food manufacturing, and know how to bring the best out of people?

We’re recruiting for a Hygiene Department Trainer to join a busy and growing food manufacturing operation. This is not just a hygiene role. It’s a chance to take your knowledge, experience, and standards mindset and use it to improve people, processes, and performance across the site. If you enjoy coaching others, leading from the front, and raising standards on the factory floor, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Let’s keep it simple… Can you answer YES to the following?

• Are you experienced in hygiene within a food production or manufacturing environment?
• Do you have a strong understanding of hygiene regulations, HACCP, GMP, and CIC/CIP systems?
• Can you confidently write, review, and improve SOPs and hygiene procedures?
• Are you comfortable delivering engaging training sessions to both new starters and existing teams?
• Can you coach people on the shop floor and lead by example every day?
• Are you someone who naturally notices gaps in standards and takes action quickly?
• Do you have strong communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills?
• Do you care about getting things right and maintaining high standards consistently?
