Founding Account Executive (New Business) - AI SaaS Platform - Start-up

base + commission + equity

Remote- BUT selling into DACH region so travel expected

MUST SPEAK FLUENT GERMAN (and English)

This is a role for someone who wants to build something properly from the ground up, not inherit a polished machine.

You’ll be joining an early-stage German founed AI company that is already:

• Revenue-generating and break-even
• Backed by fresh funding
• Working with major enterprise clients across DACH
• Expanding within existing accounts

The product

An AI-driven platform that sits across customer data, surveys, and communication channels, helping companies understand what’s happening and what to do next.

The role

You’ll take full ownership of new business and help turn early commercial success into a scalable outbound engine.

This is not a passive AE role. You will:

• Build pipeline from scratch (LinkedIn, email, calls, multi-threading)
• Run full-cycle sales: discovery → demo → close
• Sell into enterprise-level stakeholders
• Work directly with the founder on messaging and GTM evolution
• Operate with structure and discipline (HubSpot, forecasting, pipeline hygiene)

What they’re looking for

• 3–8 years in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close independently
• Strong presence with enterprise buyers
• Structured, commercially sharp, and confident
• Fluent German and English (non-negotiable)
• Willing to travel across DACH and be hands-on with clients
