Store Manager (Premium Food Retail, East London)

We are currently partnering with a well-established, highly respected premium food retail business in East London on a confidential search for a Store Manager for one of their flagship locations.

This is a high-profile site within the business, and we are looking for an individual of exceptional calibre to build on an already strong foundation.

The Role

• Full ownership of a high-performing, community-driven store
• Leading from the front to deliver best-in-class customer experience and store standards
• Driving team engagement, development, and retention
• Accountability for commercial performance and operational excellence

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within premium food retail
• Background in high-quality, service-led retail environments
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and elevate teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistently high standards
• Track record of delivering strong commercial and operational results
• Experience in top-performing or recognised stores is highly advantageous
