Area Sales Agent – B2B Logistics
£28,000–£32,000 basic + £20,000 OTE (realistic in year one)
Field‑based | Manchester & Greater Manchester
Full UK driving licence and own car required

This is not door‑to‑door sales. You won’t be knocking on houses or chasing people down residential streets.
This is professional B2B field sales — meeting businesses face‑to‑face, having quality conversations, and building long‑term client relationships within your territory.

The role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will:
- Manage and grow an existing client base across Manchester and the surrounding areas
- Meet business customers face‑to‑face within your territory
- Identify new B2B opportunities and develop long‑term relationships
- Understand client needs and present tailored logistics solutions
- Plan your own diary and manage your time effectively
You’ll spend most of your working week out in the field, representing a highly recognisable and respected brand.
What our client is looking for
Previous sales experience is not essential. Our client focuses on potential, attitude and transferable skills rather than a perfect CV.
They welcome applicants from backgrounds such as:
- Customer service or hospitality
- Retail or field‑based roles
- Recruitment, telesales or account management
- Any role involving communication, negotiation or relationship‑building
You must have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own car (client meetings are face‑to‑face)
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers
- A willingness to learn, be coached and build a long‑term career
