Role: Key Account Manager

Location: Greater London – 2 days a week in the office.

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

Industry: Health, Beauty & Wellness.


This role is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships across Health & Pharmacy channels at both national and regional level, with a particular focus on Greater London.


The successful candidate will be accountable for driving sustainable and profitable sales growth through strong partnerships, effective joint business planning, and well-executed promotional strategies aligned to wider commercial and brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver the retail and channel strategy across Health & Pharmacy accounts
  • Translate overarching strategic objectives into clear, actionable account plans that support commercial targets and category growth
  • Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail partners
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners within the Health & Pharmacy channel, aligned with strategic and geographic priorities
  • Build compelling, insight-led business cases to secure new listings and expand distribution
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across buying, merchandising, and operations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, delivering a high standard of account management and communication
  • Plan, negotiate, and deliver promotional calendars and in-store activations aligned with both brand and retailer objectives
  • Analyse promotional performance and ROI, using insights to optimise future activity and drive category growth
  • Deliver regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders


About You

  • Proven experience operating at Key Account Manager or National Account Manager level (circa 2+ years)
  • Strong track record of delivering commercial growth across national and/or regional retail accounts
  • Experience within Health, Pharmacy, OTC, or closely aligned retail channels
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and delivering Joint Business Plans
  • Experience developing and executing promotional and trade activation plans
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights
