TOP EARNING BDM OPPORTUNITY – BRIDGING & REFURB FINANCE

A specialist lender is quietly building one of the highest-performing origination teams in the market and is looking to hire experienced BDMs ahead of further expansion.

This role suits someone entrepreneurial who wants freedom, speed and serious earning potential without the restrictions often found within larger institutions.

Package:

• £100k basic depending on experience
• Uncapped commission – 0.15 comm structure
• Remote working available
• Direct access to senior management
• Strong marketing and operational support
• Excellent internal lead flow and broker engagement

You will be expected to:

• Generate and convert new lending opportunities
• Build long-term broker relationships
• Increase lending volumes within your region
• Represent the lender across networking events and industry meetings

The lender has a strong appetite to lend on bridging and refurbishment deals, with flexible underwriting and ambitious growth plans for the next 12–24 months.

High performers will earn exceptionally well in this position
