I’m partnering with an exciting, growing organisation looking for a hands-on Global Technology Manager to take ownership of their global IT function. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, drive innovation, and build a scalable, compliant IT environment across international operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and execute a global IT strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans
• Own and evolve infrastructure across cloud, networks, and systems
• Drive IT operations across the UK, US, and Germany
• Champion GxP compliance (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11) and CSV
• Lead cybersecurity, risk, and data integrity initiatives
• Manage vendors, budgets, and performance (KPIs/SLAs)
• Push digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption

What They’re Looking For

• Proven IT leadership experience (7-10+ years)
• Background in pharmaceutical or regulated (GxP) environments
• Strong expertise in CSV and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms
• Strong grasp of infrastructure, security, and data governance

The Details

• Full-time, on-site in Maidenhead
• Reporting to the Director of Operations
• International exposure with occasional travel
