UX / UI Designer - Consumer facing Hospitality site redesigns and updates

6 Month FTC

£55-60k

Early / Mid May Start Required

We’re looking for a talented UX / UI Designer to join a leading agency and work on an established, consumer facing website for a well known hospitality brand.

This role will be dedicated to the ongoing design and evolution of the brand’s website. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and a collaborative team based in the US, delivering thoughtful UX and polished UI solutions that enhance the customer journey.

The Role

• Designing and redesigning website pages based on clear briefs and business goals
• Creating UX/UI designs in Figma for an existing WordPress site
• Improving user journeys, page layouts, and on-site experiences
• Supporting design updates, iterations, and potential new functionality
• Collaborating with developers, product, and stakeholders to bring designs to life
• Balancing collaborative working with the ability to manage tasks autonomously

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer on consumer facing websites
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for WordPress or CMS driven websites
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and usability best practices
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective design solutions
• Comfortable working with distributed teams, including US-based colleagues
• Organised, proactive, and confident working independently when needed
