Senior Human Resources Generalist

Recruitment is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job description

Senior HR Generalist | Global Crypto Investment Firm | London (Hybrid)

London

Global, high-growth environment

We are partnering with a leading global crypto investment firm to find a standout senior HR Generalist ready to make real impact in a fast-scaling, international business.

This is not a “steady-state” HR role, it’s a high-growth, high-ownership opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants to shape people strategy at scale.

The opportunity

You will act as a key HR partner across global teams, particularly supporting colleagues in GMT time zones, while driving initiatives that directly influence culture, performance, and growth.

From manager development programmes to global onboarding and acquisitions integration, no two weeks will look the same.

If you are someone who thrives in a demanding, progressive, and high-paced environment while also owning strategic projects, this is where you will thrive.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a primary HR contact for international teams, ensuring a connected and high-performing culture
  • Leading onboarding and integration for new hires and acquisitions globally
  • Designing and delivering manager training programmes
  • Supporting performance reviews, promotions, and career development frameworks
  • Partnering on full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management
  • Owning onboarding & offboarding experiences end-to-end
  • Maintaining HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Driving initiatives that strengthen culture across global teams

✅ What we are looking for

  • 4–6 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Background in financial services or professional services preferred
  • Strong problem-solving ability with high emotional intelligence
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working without a playbook
  • Exposure on a European/Global scale essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
  • Tech-savvy (Rippling, Lattice, G-Suite a plus)
  • A “no task too small” mindset with strong ownership

Why this role?

  • Career-defining opportunity in a rapidly growing global firm
  • Exposure to international HR strategy and M&A integration
  • High visibility and real ownership from day one
  • Collaborative, low-ego, high-performance culture
  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity upside
