About the Role

This role includes travel to various locations around the Cheshire Area, with stores based in the following locations:

• Crewe
• Northwich
• Winford
• Nantwich

Residency in or around the Crewe area is preferred due to the location of the stores.

Own transport is essential.

Full-time - 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Maximising Sales Performance across all brands by securing the best trading position for our department in each store, and ensuring stores have optimum visits per week.
• Providing Support to the Area Manager, working effectively to achieve optimum efficiency and contributing by providing feedback on trade to the Area Manager.
• Responsible for merchandising several Stores whilst managing own time as required.
• Effective communication with the area manager, confirming memos are read, and appropriate action has been taken and ensuring implementation and confirmation of promotions within deadlines.

About You

You would be happy to work alone, have good time management and be capable of using your own initiative to optimise sales. Your attention to detail is immaculate, and you take pride in ensuring that our display is flawless and aligned with our brand identity. You excel in a fast-paced retail environment and are able to adapt rapidly to changing priorities, particularly during peak season.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year.
