A high‑growth organisation is looking for a capable and creative Learning & Development Specialist to join its expanding People team. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending instructional design with hands‑on programme delivery and wants to make a real impact on how learning is experienced across a business.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and optimising the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Designing and delivering engaging development programmes
- Coordinating learning initiatives end‑to‑end
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand capability needs
- Ensuring high standards across all learning content

- Bright, intellectually strong problem‑solver
- Proven instructional design skills
- Excellent coordination and organisational ability
- Confident communicator who can work at pace
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
Team environment You’ll join a small, evolving L&D team that includes a performance specialist, a junior coordinator, and a newly appointed Skills Development Partner.
