Senior Project Manager – Insurance
London (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to join a leading global insurance organisation, delivering complex business, technical, and regulatory change across international markets.
This is a senior-level role (8–10 years’ experience required), working on high-impact transformation initiatives across the globe.
The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery across a diverse portfolio of change programmes, with a strong focus on business change, supported by technology and regulatory initiatives.
Key projects include:
- Global business integration programmes
- US delegated authority growth initiatives
- Integration of newly acquired businesses
- Implementation of insurance technology platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Commercial Insurance experience (ESSENTIAL) - London Market preferred
- Proven experience delivering business change (primary focus) with supporting technical change. Ideal mix: 50/50 or business-led (not tech-heavy)
- Experience delivering regulatory change projects
(e.g. Climate risk, consumer duty, Lloyd’s reporting, compliance initiatives)
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams
- Background in complex, multi-stream delivery environments
