Job description

Our client, a global hedge fund, is seeking an experienced ISDA Negotiator to join its legal and trading support function on a contract basis. The role will focus on the negotiation and management of ISDA documentation supporting a wide range of OTC derivatives trading activity.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating and amending ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs) and related documentation
  • Supporting trading desks across rates, FX, equity derivatives and other OTC products
  • Managing legal documentation workflows from negotiation through execution
  • Advising on margining, collateral and counterparty risk issues
  • Liaising closely with front office, risk, credit and operations teams
  • Handling documentation for a diverse range of counterparties, including banks, funds and financial institutions


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong hands‑on ISDA negotiation experience within a hedge fund, investment bank or comparable buy‑side/sell‑side environment
  • In‑depth knowledge of ISDA architecture, collateral terms and regulatory considerations
  • The ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced trading environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial judgement
  • Availability at short notice (for contract roles)
