We are preparing for several high-impact projects which are due to launch over the next couple of months and looking to build up a network of highly talented professionals that we can work with on short notice or on a rolling basis.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable operational processes for project delivery.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple workstreams to ensure high utilization.
• Oversee internal tools (ERPs, CRMs) to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to streamline onboarding and project billing.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in Operations, ideally within a consultancy or high-growth tech firm.
• Proven experience in workflow automation and change management.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into streamlined operational tasks.
