We’re recruiting a General Manager for a high-performing, premium fast-casual concept with strong growth plans across the UK.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the site, with a focus on:

• Full P&L accountability
• Driving sales, labour control, and profitability
• Delivering exceptional brand and food standards
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team
• Operating with precision and pace in a high-volume environment

This role requires a top-tier operator - not a caretaker.

You’ll likely come from:

• Proven high-volume GM experience
