Fidarsi is partnering with an established wealth manager who are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of complex programmes, ensuring strong governance, effective execution, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role spans programme management, hands-on delivery, and PMO leadership, requiring a balance of strategic oversight and operational control.



Key Responsibilities:

Programme & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programmes and projects, from initiation through to closure
  • Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure alignment of programme outcomes with organisational strategy and business objectives
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio

Delivery Leadership

  • Drive execution of complex change initiatives, ensuring milestones and benefits are realised
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, and business units
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to delivery teams, fostering accountability and high performance
  • Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and best practices are applied

PMO & Governance

  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting, and controls
  • Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders, including progress, risks, and financials
  • Support portfolio prioritisation, resource planning, and capacity management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and challenge where needed
  • Facilitate decision-making through clear communication and structured reporting


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of programme governance, PMO frameworks, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
  • Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and benefits realisation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
  • Exposure to strategic transformation, digital, or regulatory change initiatives
