Description

As Account Manager, you’ll act as the day-to-day lead across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll oversee projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring everything is executed on time, on brief, and to a consistently high standard.

You’ll be trusted to manage client relationships, lead conversations, and keep workstreams moving forward. This isn’t a passive delivery role, you’ll be expected to think ahead, spot opportunities, and bring solutions rather than just updates.

  • Leading client communications and building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Writing clear, actionable briefs and aligning internal teams
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborating closely with

    and delivery teams
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and improve outcomes
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members


Experience

  • Experience in a creative or integrated agency
  • Strong understanding of campaign delivery across channels
  • Confident communicator with a personable, professional approach
  • Proactive mindset. Someone who takes initiative and ownership
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to culture
