Salary - up to £33,000

We’re partnering with a leading Insurance Broker who are looking for a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for building and developing client portfolios, driving revenue growth through strong relationship management with existing and prospective clients.

The Role:

• Meet and exceed sales targets, taking ownership of personal performance.
• Generate leads and secure new business through proactive outreach.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Underwrite and assess risks before presenting to insurers and authorised signatories.
• Negotiate with insurers and process new policy terms and quotations.
• Develop strategies for business growth and operational improvement.
• Convert enquiries into sales and support the business in meeting revenue goals.
• Support the cross-selling and upselling of additional products and services.
• Handle technical queries from insurers and clients efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to all queries.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry changes.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to best practice sharing.

About you:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Working towards or open to studying CII qualifications is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a natural sales flair.
• Excellent listening skills and emotional resilience.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
