Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive (earnings that build)

£45 - 55k base depending on experience plus bonus/commission

£90–100k in year one.

£120k+ once established.

Built on rebook revenue, not constant new wins.

You’ll be selling sponsorship into a portfolio with strong repeat rates. Win a client once, and you keep earning from it.

Salary:

• £45–55k base depending on level
• Uncapped, tiered commission per event
• Rebooks keep you in higher earning bands

This portfolio is growing quickly, close to 20% per year.

Hybrid, 2 days in Pimlico.

You’ll need:

• 18 months+ events sponsorship sales experience
• Strong new business track record
• Confidence with senior stakeholders
