Summary of role:

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior National Account Manager to take charge of sales at Tiba Tempeh. You’ll work closely with Alex Longton, Co-Founder and Managing Director, to lead our grocery retailer channel, delivering ambitious growth plans across the UK.


This is a brilliant opportunity to take on real commercial ownership at one of the UK’s fastest-growing, purpose-driven food brands. You’ll build strategic partnerships that drive distribution, rate of sale growth and secure new listings, helping more people discover and love Tiba Tempeh.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead and grow all retail accounts, with full P&L ownership
  • Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans and customer strategies that drive category growth
  • Build and negotiate retailer agreements, promotions, and trade terms
  • Manage forecasting, promotional investment, and trade spend to maximise ROI
  • Ensure all account admin is executed flawlessly and on time, from loading promotions to keeping customer systems and product data up to date
  • Identify and win new retailer accounts
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain and the founders to land successful campaigns, maximise in store availability and support new product launches.

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of NAM experience working for a food or drink brand, managing UK grocery accounts
  • Proven track record building and delivering JBPs with major retailers
  • Commercially sharp, with a solid grasp of P&L, and strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with the discipline to manage your own time
  • Experience in the plant-based category, or food-to-go channel (desirable, not essential)


Salary & Benefits

  • £55,000–65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Up to 10% performance bonus
  • 5% employer pension contribution
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
  • Plus other benefits


Start date: From June 2026

Location: Flexible remote, with regular in-person catch-ups
