We are looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to lead the UK retail strategy across key grocery customers.
This is a commercially critical role within one of the UK's fastest and biggest growing brands, in a £multi-million UK business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of top-tier accounts and play a key role in shaping future growth.
The Opportunity
This position sits at the heart of the UK commercial function, with responsibility for leading relationships with major grocery retailers, including Tesco and/or Sainsbury’s, alongside wider oversight of other national accounts.
Working closely with international stakeholders, you will act as the UK market expert, driving both customer strategy and internal alignment to deliver ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop strategic relationships with major UK grocery customers
- Own and deliver Joint Business Plans aligned to overall commercial objectives
- Drive growth through distribution, category development and NPD execution
- Take ownership of pricing, promotional strategy and customer P&L performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance teams
- Provide insight-led recommendations based on market and customer data
- Influence and align international stakeholders to UK retail requirements
About You
- Proven experience managing Tesco and/or Sainsbury’s at National Account level
- Background within branded FMCG (food or drink preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience across pricing, promotions and forecasting
- Confident operating in a matrix / international environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct line management
- Data-driven, with experience using retailer and market insight tools

Location
This role is based in Luxembourg, with regular travel to the UK (typically twice per month).
