We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing and internationally recognised fragrance and beauty company based in the UK. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional to join their team as a Global Commercial Marketing Manager, working across global markets to drive brand growth and performance.

About the Role:
As the Global Commercial Marketing Manager, you will act as a key link between global brand strategy and local market execution. Working closely with internal brand teams, area managers, and international markets, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing commercial marketing strategies that drive growth and brand consistency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful product launches, strong market performance, and alignment across all regions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement global brand strategies in collaboration with the wider brand team, ensuring a strong commercial focus
• Translate global strategies into clear, actionable plans for local markets to support effective execution
• Work closely with creative and brand teams to strengthen brand positioning and enhance campaign delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and regional stakeholders to support market expansion
• Contribute to the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment with global objectives
• Share market insights and performance feedback to inform innovation and future brand direction
• Create engaging and informative presentations for internal teams, distributors, and retail partners
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of brand updates and materials across all markets
• Collaborate with operations teams to support the delivery of assets and information for launches
• Analyse campaign and media performance, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline retail channels
• Produce brand guidelines, toolkits, and trade materials to support global consistency
• Compile and present regular reports, providing insights on distributor performance and market trends
Requirements:
• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, or buying within the beauty, or fragrance sectors
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Commercially aware with a strategic mindset
• Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners
