7.5T Driver Environmental & Municipal ServicesLocation:Croydon
Hours:Full time, Monday to Friday
Start Time:Between 06.00 - 09.00
Pay: £14.93ph
We are currently recruiting qualified 7.5T driversto support essential environmental and municipal services operations. This is a hands-on driving role supporting frontline public services and offers stable, ongoing work for the right candidates.
The Role
As a 7.5T Driver, your duties will include a variety of operational driving tasks, such as:

• Operating7.5T vehiclesacross local authority routes
• Supportingwaste and recycling collections
• Operatingroad sweeping vehiclesand assisting with street cleansing operations
• Transporting equipment, materials, and collected waste between sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
• Working as part of a team to ensure services are delivered safely and on schedule
• Assisting with other operational duties as required, including manual handling

This role involves both driving and physical work and is well suited to drivers who enjoy varied duties rather than pure delivery driving.
Requirements

• Full UKCategory C1 (7.5T) licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous experience driving 7.5T vehicles in an operational or municipal environment preferred
• Good understanding of road safety and compliance
• Willingness to undertake physical duties as part of the role
• Reliable, safety conscious, and team focused
