Location: Swan Valley, Northampton
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
Job Type: Part-time | Temporary | Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
Start Date: Immediate

Quest Employment is currently recruiting Reach Truck Drivers for a busy and expanding company based in Swan Valley, Northampton.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking weekend work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Youll be working with insulation boards and building materials in a varied role that combines warehouse tasks with some customer interaction.

As a Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include:

• Safely operating a Reach Truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Picking and packing insulation products and building materials
• Loading and unloading goods
• Assisting with trade counter duties and interacting with customers
• Processing basic payments (full training provided)
• Carrying out general warehouse tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Please note: Initial training will take place Monday to Friday during your first week before transitioning to the weekend shift.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid Reach Truck licence
• Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Are comfortable in both warehouse and customer-facing roles
• Have good communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or trade counter environments is beneficial but not essential.
