Job description
Senior Account Manager
Meet the Team
Digital Natives is a social-first creative agency putting brands at the centre of attention. Based in East London, our rapidly growing team works together to create best-in-class campaigns for global brands, covering FMCG, beauty, food & beverage and technology.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, delivery-focused Senior Account Manager (SAM) to lead our most important client accounts and ensure consistently excellent execution across all workstreams.
This role is first and foremost about delivery excellence at scale and complexity. You’ll take ownership of larger, more complex accounts and campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll act as the senior point of accountability across projects, providing clarity, structure, and direction to both clients and internal teams.
While you’ll build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth, your primary focus is ensuring that great work gets delivered brilliantly, consistently, and efficiently.
You’ll succeed here if you’re someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership of delivery, and brings calm, structured leadership to fast-moving projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivery Leadership & Campaign Excellence
● Own end-to-end delivery across key client accounts and campaigns
● Ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
● Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines and priorities
● Set the standard for delivery excellence across accounts
● Anticipate risks early and proactively solve problems before they impact delivery
● Ensure all outputs meet agreed objectives, KPIs, and quality expectations
● Bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how projects are run
Client Relationship Management
● Act as the senior day-to-day contact for key client accounts
● Lead regular status calls and project meetings with confidence
● Provide clear, proactive communication on timelines, progress, and risks
● Manage feedback and approvals efficiently to keep work moving
● Build trusted relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery
● Support more strategic conversations where relevant, but with delivery as the anchor
Commercial & Financial Management
● Oversee project scopes to ensure delivery aligns with agreed parameters
● Track hours, budgets, and resourcing across accounts
● Flag scope creep early and manage it proactively
● Ensure work is delivered efficiently and profitably
● Support identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities (secondary focus)
Project Oversight & Team Coordination
● Lead project planning across complex or high-value accounts
● Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, social) effectively
● Ensure internal teams have clear briefs, direction, and timelines
● Oversee workload and resource allocation across accounts
● Support and guide Account Managers/Executives on day-to-day delivery
● Step in where needed to unblock teams and keep momentum
Reporting & Delivery Oversight
● Oversee campaign reporting to ensure it is accurate, clear, and actionable
● Ensure insights are delivered in a way that supports client understanding
● Present updates and performance summaries in client meetings where needed
● Ensure actions, timelines, and next steps are clearly documented and followed through
What We’re Looking For

Your Background
