Hours: 45 hours per week
Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced Retail Manager that will be overseeing the operations for a number of stores in Northern Ireland. Your role will be to create and drive success within your stores through motivating and encouraging your team to achieve targets and delivering to the highest of standards.

- Do you have a proven track record of managing high performing teams?
What does a typical day sound like?
- You will contribute to business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Provide insight, influence, leadership and mentoring to your area stores
- You will undertake financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
- Be accountable as well as hold your stores accountable for overall performance e.g. Customer service, people, product and day to day operations
- You will ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines as well as this be responsible for carrying out people process’ e.g. Disciplinaries, Investigations etc., under guidance from our HR Department
- You will be responsible for the growth of your team in terms of recruitment and training along with succession planning to meet operational and commercial objectives
- Travel across your area engaging with your team as well as carrying out store audits.
- You will provide innovative and practical solutions
- You will evaluate performance using key performance indicators and identify areas to improve
