Trainee Sales Executive

Location: London City Centre, EC2M (Onsite)

Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£40,000 realistic year 1 earnings)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–3:30pm (early finish at 3:00pm on Fridays)

The Role: Trainee Sales Executive


Working in the heart of London city centre, you'll be working in the exciting world of corporate sales in the events industry. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll receive comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you build your own client base, manage relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting sales environment.


This is an office-based outbound sales role where you’ll spend most of your day cold calling businesses and speaking with decision-makers. This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch a long-term career in corporate B2B sales—with clear progression, big earning potential, and real support from day one.


This role is based fully onsite at our London office. Work from home options are not available.

Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop high-level communication, objection handling and closing skills through daily outbound calling — one of the most valuable skillsets in business.
  • Build and manage your own client base of senior decision-makers across the UK and internationally
  • Nurture long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest high-profile sporting and cultural events
  • Receive full training and ongoing coaching to ensure you hit your goals and grow your career
