The role
We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales Manager to lead the expansion of a premium professional haircare brand across London and the UK.
This is a pure new business role.
Your mission is simple: open doors, win new salons and build the market from scratch.
If you are not motivated by targets, ownership and commercial impact, this role is not for you.
What you will do
- Prospect, approach and convert new salon clients daily
- Build a strong pipeline and consistently deliver new openings
- Take full ownership of your territory and drive revenue growth
- Identify high-potential salons and turn them into long-term partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals independently
- Be present in the field: this is a hands-on, front-line role
- Track performance and activity rigorously (CRM, KPIs)
What success looks like
- Consistent monthly new salon openings
- Strong revenue growth from new business
- High conversion rate from prospect to client
- Fast territory penetration and brand visibility
Who you are
- 5–8 years in field sales / new business roles
- Proven track record in opening accounts and hitting targets
- Strong “hunter” mindset – resilient, proactive and competitive
- Comfortable with rejection and motivated by closing deals
- Experience in professional beauty / haircare / FMCG is a plus
- Highly autonomous – you manage your own time and priorities
- Based in London with flexibility to travel
