Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a salesperson, who will primarily work from home but also have access to dedicated flexible office space in London. The salesperson will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing a portfolio of existing clients and meeting sales targets. The role includes sourcing leads, crafting tailored pitches, holding client meetings, negotiating deals and maintaining detailed sales records. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in representing BE News at industry events and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development or account management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic approaches
• Experience in maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data management systems
• A good understanding of the built environment industry or B2B sales is advantageous
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
