Location: North of England & Scotland (must be located within the territory)
Type: Full Time, permanent, hybrid
Salary: £45,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE: £90,000)

As they enter an exciting phase of growth, they are expanding their UK field sales team and are seeking a high-calibre Capital Sales Representative to take ownership of the London territory.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving capital equipment sales focusing on the North of England & Scotland. You will be responsible for selling premium, results-driven medical aesthetic devices into clinics, aesthetic practitioners, and leading beauty operators.
This role is suited to a commercially driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a performance-led environment and is motivated by building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive capital equipment sales across your territory, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-driven commercial discussions.
- Identify and develop key accounts, including multi-site operators and clinic groups.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximise lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Represent our client at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
- Average deal value and margin performance
- Sales cycle efficiency and closing discipline.
- CRM accuracy and forecasting reliability
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Proven track record in capital equipment or high-value B2B sales
- Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, beauty, or consultative sales environments preferred.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.

- Highly commercial with strong understanding of margin, pricing, and deal structuring
- Disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Confident, credible, and professional with high-value clients
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience selling into aesthetic clinics, medical environments, or premium beauty businesses
- Existing network within the North of England & Scotland aesthetics or medical market
- Experience working within a high-growth or scaling business
