Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Acton

Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a large, fast-paced trade-focused operation in Acton.

This is a substantial site with a sizeable team, strong existing turnover and significant opportunity for further growth and development. The business is looking for a commercially strong, operationally focused leader who can drive standards, performance and culture across the branch.

This role requires somebody comfortable operating at pace, leading from the front and taking ownership of a demanding, high-volume environment.

The Opportunity

You will take responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, leading a large operational team while working closely with senior leadership to support the long-term growth and direction of the site.

The role offers genuine autonomy, visibility and influence within the business, suited to somebody who enjoys accountability and making a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for branch performance and day-to-day operations
• Leading, developing and managing a large operational team
• Driving operational standards, accountability and customer experience
• Improving commercial performance, efficiency and profitability
• Building a high-performance culture across the branch
• Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth
• Ensuring standards, compliance and operational processes are consistently maintained

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience operating at Branch Manager, General Manager or Area Manager level
• Background within high-volume, operationally focused environments
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing sizeable teams
• Commercially aware with experience driving operational performance
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate effectively at pace
• Comfortable making decisions, driving standards and holding accountability across the operation
• This role will suit an established operational leader looking for a senior position with real responsibility, visibility and long-term opportunity.

This role will suit someone who thrives on ownership, accountability and growth, rather than heavy structure and hierarchy.
