Senior Ruby Developer - Leading Health Tech - Hybrid

Salary: Paying £75,000 - £100,000 + Equity

Industry: Health Tech (Tech for Good)

Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week in Central London Office

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, AWS

The Role ✨

A backend-leaning full stack role on a platform-focused team, working across APIs, integrations, and core infrastructure. You'll have real autonomy and ownership whilst being part of a social team that celebrates wins together.

You'll need solid Ruby on Rails experience, 5+ years of commercial development, and confidence in a product-focused environment. Comfort with distributed systems and B2B integrations is a must.
