Principal Consultant Engineer (.NET) - £100k + bonus | Consultancy | Leeds/hybrid

We’re looking for a Principal Engineer/Consultant who wants to play a bigger role in shaping solutions, driving AI innovation and building trusted client relationships.

You’ll be joining a high-calibre engineering team delivering software that genuinely makes an impact, particularly across Healthcare and other meaningful sectors.

The role

No two days are the same…

• Leading innovation and R&D around emerging AI technologies

• Driving architectural decisions across modern software builds

• Championing scalable engineering and best coding practices

• Working closely with clients to balance technical, ethical and commercial AI decisions

• Leading stakeholder conversations and identifying further opportunities across existing accounts

About you

• Experience in a consultancy/client-facing environment

• Strong engineering background across modern .NET

• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP

• Commercially aware and confident leading conversations with stakeholders
