Experience: Principal Level | Strong SURF & feasibility studies background

Atlas NextWave is representing a leading offshore engineering and construction specialist that is actively securing high‑quality, technically interesting subsea projects across global markets.

This role is not about box‑ticking or report production. It’s for an experienced engineer who wants ownership, influence, and a genuine technical voice in how projects are shaped from the earliest phases.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the heart of front‑end subsea project development, leading and influencing:

• Feasibility, concept and FEED studies
• SURF-focused development strategies, including installation philosophy
• Technical input into field layouts, execution strategies and cost models
• Client engagement where your judgement directly influences project direction

You’ll be trusted to challenge assumptions, propose optimised solutions, and bring ideas that genuinely improve delivery.

• Already working in a Principal / Lead Subsea role
• Deeply experienced in SURF system studies
• Comfortable leading early engineering and feasibility scopes
