Service Support Supervisor

The Role
Lead from the front. Keep engines running. Drive performance.
As a Service Support Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of service operations—maximising engine availability, supporting engineers, and ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & coordinate service engineers and contractors
- Plan & schedule maintenance to meet manufacturer standards
- Support fault finding (remote & on-site)
- Drive performance across service contracts and jobs
- Manage costs while maintaining high service quality
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Keep customers satisfied with reliable, cost-effective service

What You Bring
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Experience with gas/diesel engines
- Confident problem solver with good decision-making skills
- Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have
- Gas Safe qualification
- Health & Safety certification (e.g. CSCS)
