Senior Baker (Night Manager) – East London

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Baker (Night Manager) to join our growing production team in East London.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing night operations, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting a reliable team in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Shifts

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

You may occasionally check in during overnight hours (2:00 AM – 7:00 AM) to support operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full production workflow: dough → baking → packing → cleaning
• Leading and supporting a team of 5 reliable staff
• Overseeing evening production (approx. 4 PM – midnight)
• Ensuring consistent quality across 1000–1800 pieces per shift
• Maintaining high standards in laminating and proofing
• Keeping the kitchen organised and efficient through to end-of-shift cleaning

Location

• East London (10-minute walk from the a tube station)
• Paid parking available

Salary

Up to £40,000 per year DOE
