Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager – Luxury Venue

Salary: £35,000 + Service Charge

Location: London

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager in London to support the delivery of premium dining, immersive experiences, and events within a fast-paced, high-volume venue.

This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day operations, team coordination, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across dining, events, and immersive experiences
• Ensure all spaces are set and service-ready to a high standard
• Coordinate FOH, BOH, bar, and technical teams for seamless delivery
• Monitor guest experience, service flow, and operational efficiency
• Support team briefings, training, and staff coordination
• Assist with stock control, reporting, and operational admin
• Ensure health & safety compliance and operational standards are maintained

About You

• Experience in hospitality, events, or venue operations
• Strong organisational and team coordination skills
• Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with systems such as EPOS or scheduling tools
